DuctSizer from Daikin calculates the friction loss in a section of duct, or calculates the duct size for a given friction loss. Includes different duct types and both major unit systems. 
You can chose the equal friction method or equal velocity method to size a duct. In rectangular duct it calculates the 2 dimensions; width and height. For round duct it calculates duct diameter.

      find out total sqft
      and know 1 GI sheet how much SQft
      and divided total sqft by 1 GI Sheet
      Ex. 2500 sqft total duct required
      1 nos. GI sheet = 32 sqft
      1 sheet wasteag 4 sqft
      2500 sqft/32 = 78.12
      and wastag 4 sqft/ sheet
      nos. of sheet required 89.28
      and 10% extra required GI SHEET = 98 NOS.
